How to Return a Product

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality cosmetics available. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase please return the unused portion and we will be happy to issue a refund. Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

For your convenience a Return Label and Return Product Form are included with the invoice in your purchase. Please fill out the request information on the Return Product Form. Place the the item(s) you are returning, along with the Return Product Form, in the original shipping box with packing material and product(s) package if possible.  Peel off the Return Label and place on your package. All returned packages must be sent prepaid to the address on the Return Label. If the Return Label is not available please return package prepaid to:
